My husband and I rent an apartment in the Diego managed JB Brown building at 537 Congress St. in Portland, Maine. The building is very clean and obviously well maintained. The few minor issues that have cropped up during the past two years were always promptly addressed with a single phone call. over all, we couldn t ask for better landlord.
