Ordered 4 lighted wreaths for front windows. Shipping date slipped, but that was alright; just planned to introduce them next Christmas instead of using them this year. However, only 1 of the 4 arrived. After the holidays I contacted them but never heard back. Made a second attempt, but nothing. I would advise against trusting this company. Growing pains seems to have overwhelmed customer service.

Upgraded to 4 stars. Company contacted me in response to my emails. Offered to refund my purchase or reship the product; I chose re-ship. Though they've been slow, they have ultimately proved themselves to be an honest company. I would consider ordering from them again (but well in advance of need!).
