I was rushing out the door and spilled shoe polish all over our new carpet. I tried rubbing it with cleaning wipes, which just made the stain worse. I had to get to work, but I wanted to get the polish out of the carpet as soon as possible. I called AJS and spoke with Victor Nugent. The first thing Victor did was offer advice on how I could remove the stain myself, which I thought was kind of him. I said I was at work all day and would be happy to pay the $100 minimum. Before I got home that night, not only had Victor *completely* cleaned out all the shoe polish, making the carpet in our master bedroom look new again, he went one step further -- in the guest bedroom there was a stain from when our friends stayed with us and their two-year old had been ill. The poor girl made a mess from her diaper on the floor, which got cleaned up right away, but which left a light yellowish stain. Victor got that stain out as well, no problem, plus another stain in the room I hadn't even noticed yet. So, quality service, great communication, fair price, immediate response, going above and beyond -- yes AJS Carpet Cleaning totally earned this 5 star review.
