Scary how poor the customer service is. Communication is slow. Needs reminding 2 or 3 times to answer queries. Won't provide receipts for payments (not sure this is even legal). Seem to be exasperated at having to answer the phone. They get one star because I do have confirmation of my booking from the airline itself. Definitely wouldn't use again.
