The initial buying process was a good one, but two days later my transmission started slipping on my 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Mind you, this vehicle only had 55k miles when I bought it. So I had to take my vehicle to the mechanic, which they kept it for a week which caused me to miss work. That repair only lasted a day. So my vehicle had to be returned to the mechanic 3 additional times to finally correct the issue, which isn't corrected to this day. The customer service with the finance lady, Alexis, is HORRIBLE. She is very quick to give attitude and sarcasm. My overall opinion is that if you can go somewhere else, I highly suggest it.
