On August 8, I wrote a review about the fantastic manner in which the Service Department handled a minor issue I had with my 2012 S60, which seemed like a major issue to me at the time! They have always been a pleasure to deal with.

On August 31, I purchased another Certified Pre-owned S60. PJ Lee assisted me in the purchase of my first Certified Pre-owned S60 , and I remembered him so well from that positive experience! I was so glad to learn that even though he is now Sales Manager, he remembered me and took the time to personally assist me with the purchase of my "new" S60.

PJ and everyone I have had the pleasure to deal with at Smythe Volvo are absolutely the pinnacle of professional, courteous and respectful professionals. I am a lifetime customer for both the Sales and Service Departments!

August 8 - The Service Department ROCKS!! I have a 2012 S-60 which I bought from Smythe as a certified pre-owned vehicle, and have owned and loved it for more than 4 years. Of course, my AC quit in the middle of a heat wave in New Jersey just before I was leaving for my vacation trip up to Maine.
Michael and the Service Department manager, Regina, went out of their way to take care of me and my car in this "emergency" situation. It's almost time for me to start looking for my next vehicle and the exemplary treatment the Service Department staff showed me will absolutely ensure that I won't look anywhere else but Smythe for my next car and all future maintenance!
