Unfortunately I have to give a bad review for the experience I had. I paid higher rate price for a room with a view, excited to relax for few hours to end up having a room in the basement with literally no view. The management is the worst , very arrogant and low quality customer service. It s 2020 customer service is top priority for any business to maintain their clientele
