Unfortunately I can not give this normally great place a five star this time. I've now had four (4) Bday party's here. Pricing is great and they usually handle everything from balloons to a personal server. Don't get me wrong, this is in fact a great place to take the whole family for a great day of fun, to have party's at or even for an adult night out in one of their bars. However, the party we just had for my daughter's 9th Bday did not go smoothly at all! We were literally shorted a 1/2 hr of party time in the private room for bowling as well as other little things that should've come with their highest priced "Gamer Pkg). We ate our pizzas, kids & adults bowled but we were made to move a child's bday party to the tavern (really?) for their cake & presents. Reluctantly we moved everything, which was not easy, only to be asked to "hurry" out because they needed the tables for an adult Dodgers party. We were left in the tavern without a server, that we'd already tipped & had to find someone to get us a knife & forks. At that point a couple of the parents left frustrated with their kids and skipped the arcade & laser tag experience we'd paid for. We went to the arcade only to find out that our server hadn't even put our party down for laser tag. ATLEAST, when I complained the manager was nice & apologetic and gave us a bunch of free Bowling & Laser Tag passes. I should've insisted on a partial credit because of the concussion & embarassment. I don't think our guests were impressed with P&P's or will book any of their kids Bday party's here in the future.
