We had the worst car buying experience we have ever had and will never go to another Hall dealership. We bought two vehicles from this place. The first vehicle, I was lied to about navigation being on my vehicle. I was told it had it on there, but yet it didn't. Yes, they installed navigation, but it was something I still had in my loan so I ended up paying for something that I was supposed to have. Second, I wasn't given many options and the managers I had spoken with were rude. The salesperson was not rude, but she lied quite a bit and denied her story. Third, we were told that when we bought our second vehicle, we would have a smooth transition... the second vehicle was by far the worst. The second vehicle we did not get until a week after we had been told we would receive it. That vehicle was also promised navigation and did not have it... now we are paying for that too. We had been told to come in 4 different days to drop off the vehicle and at the last minute were told they were not ready yet. So now the vehicle is in the shop for the navigation and who knows when it will be ready. I regret ever signing anything at Hall and going back for a second vehicle when the first one was shady. The general manager, Abby Meeks, was even more rude to me than the sales manager. I cannot believe how customers are not made a priority and when they mention the issues, you're treated as though your business does not matter.

RESPONSE TO REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER: It was more than a couple of days. We were told to bring the vehicle on memorial day by your sales team, so again we were given wrongful information. We were taken through multiple loops and given wrong information multiple times. The worst part is that the sales person had to be the brunt of all of it because she was the one who had to relay the messages. We are getting our gas filled and we are supposed to receive a reimbursement on our navigation because what all you were told was not what we were told.
