Once the airbag recall was finally scheduled, the service was stellar. Up to that point, the follow-through was non-existent and disorganized. The first time I scheduled, they put me on hold to confirm the parts were in stock - good service. I then had a weekend phone message informing me prior to my Monday morning service that the parts were not actually available - sucks but the call was appreciated. However, their promise to follow-up when parts came in was never fulfilled. After receiving a recall reminder from Honda US, I called again, and Kendall had the parts (but never called me). I needed a loaner car for my work and they told me I had to leave a msg with the service manager who was on vacation - never a returned call. I called two days before scheduled work to confirm loaner car and had the strong suspicion based on multiple holds and questions that the loaner was a problem. I had names and dates of my previous calls and somehow they made it work. Again, on day of service, everything was super but leading up to that point was weak if "service" is the priority they advertise.
