My complete experience at the Lithia was great all the way from the salesman to the manager. Raul Rodriguez was my salesman and it was like a breath of fresh air to have someone that actually was knowledgeable about the vehicles. Mike Mizikar, the financial manager, was extremely helpful when it came to getting the right added protection for us. You could tell that he wasn t just trying to sell us plans for a commission but to actually fit us into the the right plan. Last but not least, the manager James Buckner. It was night and day dealing with him than dealing with a different manager at a Honda dealership my wife and I bought her car at. James was extremely helpful and was really trying to work with us while being respectful the whole time instead getting mad when I would say that something didn t work for me. Once again, the overall experience at the Lithia Toyota of Abilene was amazing especially because of these three gentleman and I would recommend anyone to go purchase a vehicle from them.
