I approached with apprehension of standing in long...

I approached with apprehension of standing in long queues and having to wait a long time to be seen and I didn't have an appointment.

However they had no queues at all and I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who identified my needs and sent me to booth where I was seen immediately by a very helpful lady who worked through my multiple applications and paperwork getting it all sorted.

Then once of my boys needed the bathroom so they called help and took us top their private bathroom next door and we were all sorted. So went above and beyond in my book!
