January 31st 2019 UPDATE So with all that happened last year I was forced to transfer my panels to my new house . Titan solar power charged me another 5800 dollars to remove and store them. It's been over 2 months now and they never submitted my solar app to my utility company. They were quick to take my money but not quick to get my panels on my new home . That's because ive already paid them too. As of January 30th I confirmed with my utility that they haven't recieved the solar app I signed from titan. I paid titan 1400 dollars for permits and paperwork fees but nothing is getting done. I can't get ahold of Jamie the utilities manager. She told me she couldn't get ahold of my utility companies solar guy but I just called him yesterday no problem. I really need my panels installed or a refund from titan solar power. This is getting ridiculous already. My project is in limbo. It is sorry I have to be the one who has to worry about all these paperwork issues when I PAID titan to handle their business. Still don't have my panels on my roof .NEED HELP . I have been more then patient with titan but this is getting ridiculous.

give a one star because titan solar set me up with the worst lending company for solar there is. Here I am a year later and selling my home and the lender won't let me transfer my loan to the new buyer. Don't finance your solar with mosaic lender. I blame titan solar rep for giving me them(Jack Rodgers) . Choose solar city or sunrun. Don't make the mistake I did. They pocketed 23,000 from me and set me up with the worst financing company there is for solar. Titan told me there would be no liens on my home but now that I'm selling I find out there is. Do yourself a favor. Use Sunrun or solar city, as they won't give you problems transferring your solar loan to a new buyer if you sell. Titan solar way over sold me as well , hence the 23,000 dollar price tag. My system way over produces and I don't get much money for the extra kwhs. A mistake I will never make again.
