Had a bad experience due to an employee, but the owner contacted me immediately and offered and apology, even invited me to meet them, most businesses will not even care, The Vapor Gypsy definetly showed they care, I will absolutely continue doing business with them. They are one of the best and honest stores in the Houston area.
