Excellent hotel with services up to 5 *. Detailed and impeccable service and cleanliness. Located in the city center no need for transport. Continental breakfast, fresh fruit, champagne. Very soft and comfortable Kong Suze bedding. Giant Seb. Only downside for the spa. For 2 days in a row, the products were not recharged in the showers and the hammam malfunctioned: floor and seat cold. UV rays are not in the cabin, therefore not pleasant. For a palace, the spa does not seem up to me. But despite this it is the best hotel in Bruges and it is certainly here that we will return, especially really for the comfort, the location and the impeccable service.
