We have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and each time we are treated with respect and sincerity. My experience has always been one of a valued customer. When we purchased our second car last week, BMW of San Antonio took care of us from the start. They gave us everything we wanted within our price range and have even called me since my purchase to make sure everything was okay and to answer any questions or concerns I've had. Their customer service is amazing.

Regarding Service & Maintenance, I cannot tell you how easy any and all service and maintenance appointments have been. They will always go out of their way to make sure we are completely happy and that they've meet our needs. Any issue, no matter how small, always gets taken care of at no expense to us. For example, my back windshield wiper was bent, it did not fully clean the window. They took care of it right away. On our other car, I noticed that the emblem was slightly bent inward. It wasn't very noticeable but I mentioned it to my service advisor during a regular maintenance appointment and he took care of it. No questions asked. San Antonio NEVER charges for any services that should be free.

I will be back for a third in the future.
