We contracted with Wimbledon Health Partners several years ago and severed our relationship with them one year ago. We were told that our patients would not be balanced billed and that their out of pocket would be zero. There was no confusion on my part whatsoever. We were also told that all benefits were verified by them and that if they were out of network, then the patient would be notified. Now, one to two years later, our patients are getting OUTRAGEOUS bills from them and from a company called Lonestar Medical. I have no idea who Lonestar Medical is as we never dealt with them. I would never recommend anyone doing business with this company. They are unprofessional and their staff is extremely rude. I suggest that if you are foolish enough to use this company, then get EVERYTHING in writing, so that they cannot come back at your patient's two years later demanding large sums of money.
