I had an excellent customer service Rep. Her name is Gayle. She was very thorough look n explanation of benefits. Sent me further options and emailed 800 HMO plans available!!!!
She even explained I can signups immediately for a low monthly premium of $16.00. for alus on Disability this is priceless information.
I congratulate a Rep like Gayle.
She is a star in my list.
