I have always been going here for spa treatments.....

I have always been going here for spa treatments.....NEVER had a problem with any service. They have always been outstanding. BUT my only problem is the staff that works at the front desk.On my last visit which was 10/7/2014. The lady who check me out was RUDE and never answered my question to why my gift card would not work.
I have emailed and even faxed the company to ask why my gift card would not work. STILL a week later no reply/answer.
I really hope my next trip I don't have the same experience.
