I will never deal with this dealership again. We purchased a Jeep $53,000 brand new from them in 2017. Took it in today as the battery kept going flat . They had a staff member come out and check it and tell me the battery is fine and it will need to be booked in for further diagnostics. I was then told it would be $160 fee for diagnostics that would go towards the repair. On top of this my warranty expired 8 weeks ago so it would cost me to rent a vehicle off them while they had it in the shop for 3 days. $53,000 means nothing to this company.
I decided this was bull.... and left. Took it to Firestone Complete Care who checked it out by running a free diagnostic and discovered battery was cooked. They replaced the battery for me and it is fine. What a fantastic service they provided!
