Took them 7 hrs to return my call time before that did return call until next day your pet would be dead by the time they answered or returned your call it's been that way for a long time took my pet some where else was seen that day and took care of problem they could at least call you back and let you know something not 7 hrs later or the following day pretty sorry way to run a business
