No empathy, they work of a piece of paper, needed clarifications and advice, the lady was not helping at all. Wanted to see me gone, though i had cita previa and had paid the fee. They have ridiculous requirements to equivalate a BTEC...which they have no clue what it is. Kept telling me of papers needed for Bachillerato even though I stated in Spanish 1000 times my son wants to do a vocationl course, for wich you dont need ESO...still wast able to do it....
