Your hotel is a dump. The rooms are old and nasty. The beds are terrible and there was a pillow shortage. The window was broken and maintenance engineer had to stand on the ledge an push it down with his foot to close it. the first room had no air conditioning. Totally disgusting place on a great piece of real estate. You should gut this building and remodel the whole place. I guess you are making plenty of money off of this dump. I will never stay there again. Probably have nicer accommodations in a homeless shelter.
