BEWARE: they came to install my parquet over a month ago, they insisted that I should get it installed from them to get warranty. The delivery and installation were the worst! I complained to their customer service and they NEVER replied nor called me, even their employee said on the phone "if we don't reply your claim in 1 week you can leave a negative complaint online"... this is really a shame for such a known company, DO NOT RECOMMEND!! As your employee suggested, I will publish this on other places so more people are aware as I paid a lot of money for this terrible work... unless you honor your warranty and compensate me!!
