Visit this place during my interview at DOWNTOWN Chicago. Have free parking. Big hotel. Reception people are not Friendly and don't know how to treat customers. you can't find Plastic spoons to eat something you bought outside. what a INSANE???? need to improve the ELEVATOR which is giving bad smell. you need to improve your service
