Are you serious. Within 7days. You don't need to assume, if the courier can't find it, then it's lost. I need it for my wedding, I used to work for your company as warehouse manager, this is piss poor service. I'll be taking further.

My colleague Ben started the investigation with the courier and we will keep you informed. This investigation can take up to 7 days. If the courier can't retrieve it within this time frame or we don't get a reply we can at this stage either refund or resend the item.
We will of course notify you with any further developments and would kindly ask you to update us in case the order does turn up.

Are you seriously telling me to wait 7 days, having already told you my wedding is on the 18th, that's a Sunday. So now 6 working days until my wedding and you want me to wait 7, then you'll try to do something. Can anyone do maths there? Does anyone there know what a wedding is? I'll have to buy a replacement this weekend as I'm working next and don't have time. I shall leave this email trail as my review of how truly poor your company has become. Maybe you should inform your customers their orders are sent from England and is also where the rubbish customer service team work, actually I'll do it for you as you are probably far to busy eating biscuits and drinking tea. I expect a full refund as you have no idea where my order is after 2 days of investigation. More like you couldn't find it and now hope it turns up, because it's too complicated for you to find out. I'll also mention how you do your own reviews and give people discounts if they're nice.
STILL NO ITEMS HAVE TURNED UP AND NOW I'VE BOUGHT ANOTHER SUIT. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
