The short of it is that Hurdles is very poor at customer service delivery. I purchased a new watch band for my Luminox watch in December, 2013, and by June, 2014, six months later the band split and ready to break apart. I paid $29.95 for the band that lasted six months. Watch bands have lasted two to three years in this price range from my experience. I went back and they did give a replacement band for the broken one. The value of the replacement one is $19.95. I requested ten dollars refund for the broken one, due to it being defective.Their answer was no. As I said POOR customer service. They lost a present and future customer due to $10.00 of cheapness on their part. The only reason they garner one star is for replacing a $29.95 band for a $19.95 band.
