PCPACK accepts orders, easily cancels your orders then abruptly "reactivates" your orders without asking for your agreement ... and delivers the items always without your agreement.
never responds to your complaints with notorious bad faith and vulgarity
add to this as a bonus a sustained scent of contempt for the most basic of commercial rules in force and of course for customers.
I would have preferred to note 0, that would have been more justified.
