I recently used Lake Road Pet Boarding for the first time and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and courteous. However, I felt that the communication could have been better. There were a few instances where I had to reach out to them for updates on my pet, and sometimes it took longer than expected to hear back. Overall, it was an average experience, but I would still consider using their services again.
