We were very pleased with our treatment in the er and ICU, the staff was completely amazing. We did have issues on the 3rd floor before being moved to the ICU, so I'm giving a 4 star. However I'd like to thank the staff who did do everything to make those issues better. This review is fully on staff and treatment. Bc the room on the 3rd floor was awful, it had no ac and the heat had a mind of its own and the fan they brought didn't blow anything. Everything was torn up and work in progress signs were posted. Even the security guards were very nice
And the 3rd floor nurse who made sure our issues were noted and handled (I'm sorry I forgot her name )
The only person we met who I feel needs some work on patient interaction would be Donna from respiratory but overall we are pleased.
