My wife and I started looking for a house in November, 2012 with Adam Brind. For nearly two years he took us to over 150 houses. Patience must be his middle name. He never got agitated with us when we demonstrated an early reluctance to involve ourselves in a bidding war; he never grew frustrated with us when we were insistent on putting in ridiculous conditions in our offers; and, most importantly, when WE had grown impatient, he stopped us from putting in offers on houses that he knew would not fit our needs. In the end, my wife and I finally bought our forever home in March, 2014.

Two years of looking in this market takes a toll on people. Without Adam, we would have given up long ago and would not have a house we ABSOLUTELY love. If I can give you one piece of advice, it would be to select an agent who invests in your family. Adam invested in us and we are much better off as a result of that investment.
