First, see their reply to Michael Simmons below and you will know what kind of service they will provide.
Nothing to say about their sales department, its kinda YMMV thing. My sales rep is fine I would say. However, when you deal with their service people, you will see what is impolite(accurately, RUDE). In London area, there are 3 ford dealers, the other two are way better than Oakridge. To make your life happier and easier, get rid of this place.
