Service is good, best at the bar, sushi is exceptionally good, with presentation and quality being the best in Flag. Teppanyaki is good with most cooks being rather flamboyant. Best value for sushi in Flagstaff. Really busy Friday night, with their sushi special. Owned by an older Japanese couple who are serious about good flavors. The main sushi chef is their son and he really cares about putting quality product out. Like any real sushi bar the availability of fish fluctuates but is always very fresh. Only sushi bar in flag that gets regular delivery multiple days a week, which means their fish is always fresh. Best ama ebi in town. Very experienced chef who can prepare anything you ask for.
