Hotel and facility was great, we shuttled over to Gaylord Oprymills and was told to call and we would have a shuttle right away, we called and was told they would be there in 10 minutes, sat outside in 30 degree weather for a hour and a half with a 4 year old wondering if we would ever be picked up, called back multiple times to be told they didn t know what the problem was. Very unprofessional! Don t depend on the transportation with family!
