Customer service was great, they were all very nice. My car was in for an Airbag Recall, and since my car was going to spend the night there I had them do an Oil change and Tire rotation. As I was driving home, the front end of my car began to vibrate. When I was about a mile from my house the front end began to shake. Once I was home I looked at the front wheels and found that the Lug nuts on the front left wheel were loose. Very loose. I could turn them with my fingers. I could have been killed, or worse, I could have killed someone else. I called to complain to the service manager and he was very apologetic and promised to work very hard to make it right. And he followed through.
