Organization is only named by the values they follows.
From what i have experienced today is unethical and an unprofessional act of interviewing candidates. There's no minimal courtesy for the ones entering your premises for an interview.
By not valuing the time of other employees and making them wait for hours and hours is not a practice which any named organization follows.
Post waiting for a hour and a half i stepped out myself without taking an interview.
