Santiago greeted us as we were looking at the used car options. We were looking for a car within a certain budget.. which most ppl do when car shopping. This guy was consistently being extremely condescending. Saying multiple times that ppl don't trade in 'low budget vehicles' there... when clearly there was a base model 2020 corolla that was available for under $15k. Understanding that its a luxury dealer, does not infer that you can't find a good deal on trade in options for a teenage child... nor that 2 black girls who BOTH currently drives 'luxury' vehicles cannot afford the 'high level options' usually sold there. Management, please teach Santiago tact and to not make assumptions.
