Hats off to the Service Department!!! I have NEVER felt so comfortable with a service department before. I had a mishap with another dealership up north who sent me to Ferris saying it was Chevy problem. When I called Ferris they said bring it right down and they will look at it. They looked over my car and changed the oil, that night. While talking with Michael, he explained things to me and made sure I felt comfortable on what was going on!!! I can not THANK him enough for HELPING me out!!! A BIG THANK YOU to the entire Service Department!!!
