Let's see. My experience here has been an awful one. The last time I was here, I had an appointment and was only getting an oil change, and it took three hours. I let that slide because they were busy. Another visit, I was getting a tire, which they said they would have by the time of my appointment, and I waited here for a very long time. They gave me a free oil change at least so I appreciated that. That's why I decided to give them another chance when I got a coupon about an oil change. The coupon, upon inspection of the mechanic, wasnt the price I was going to pay, since mine is full synthetic. OK, I can understand that, but then that liar told me it cost forty and that my coupon is for five off. Another reason I have dredged back here even though the wait is really long is because a full synthetic oil change here has always been thirty five. Icing on the cake was they opened early, so my showing up early was in vain. I decided to show up early to get a chance maybe because setting up an appointment doesn't work. I will not be coming to another Honda dealership for service if they treat customers. this way.
