Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Do not buy this warranty. Paid $2000 and then after I used it twice they told me there was a cap and I had no more coverage only after 2 months. Car was in the shop for 14 days before they made a decision on wether they would pay for the claim or not and then only paid for 5 days car rental.
