We had a reasonably good experience however we had to wait very long before we could check in to our room. As we were coming in to just stay one night so the whole one day experience was very important to us. But we were expected to wait almost 2 hours in the Traders Lounge due to the delay in cleaning both the suites. By the way we booked 2 suites much in advance (almost a month or 3 weeks in advance). I think when you already know the guest has booked in advance, there must be a contingency plan to make sure the room is available at 2 pm (assuming normal check in time in most hotels) regardless whatever issues the hotel was having. Thank you
