My name is Jaisen and I had a rough fall '18 with my Audi A4. My clutch basically exploded and caused a chain reaction of explosions.. Then, upon further inspection, we found out my tires were bald on the insides. Bottom line was a bill for almost $7,000 and all this right before the holidays. I was just a few thousand miles out of warranty too. I've had personal problems with the local GR Audi dealer for the past 17 years and now exclusively drive all the way to My Auto/ Muskegon Audi to get my car serviced. I had dealt with Mickala in the past and she always seemed very plugged in. Great customer service and incredibly knowledgeable on the vehicles. This time through was no different. From the start Mickala was on point. She really cared about me and my situation, which was incredibly refreshing with my past work history at the GR Audi. Her team dug into the vehicle and assessed everything. I reached out to Audi and they then worked with the dealership. Everyone really went to bat for me and it meant a lot. Together my sales rep, the dealership, Audi and most importantly Mickala came through and presented a very generous offer to get the work done. It was still a painful financial experience, but FAR better than it could have been. Incredibly impressed with Mickala and her team along with my salesman Trey. If you need a new or used vehicle then My Auto/ Muskegon Audi deserves a shot at your business. They won't disappoint from the point of sale through the entire life of your vehicle! Great people over there!
