As a BB shopper I just have to respond to some reviews; yes the service can be a bit slow, but I am not so wrapped around myself so much to think that a small few boards purchase should take precedent over a phone purchase of thousands of dollars.., it's ok. Also, on the lumber prices; they tend to be a little higher, BUT the quality is better and you don't have to fish through stacks full of junk, what is your time worth to you?
