Their service is the worst. Our $25k machine has been a useless paperweight for about 3 weeks now. We've placed multiple calls to WEP and every time, we're told that we're on the list, that the tech is in another area, they're short on techs, there's nothing that they can do. We've also left voicemails for managers and no one ever calls us back. My favorite is that we don't have a service contract so we're not priority. Anyone who spends that much money on a machine should be priority! This was one of our concerns when buying machine #3 from them and their salesman PROMISED us that we d be taken care of. To date, we ve been taken care of as well as the proverbial red-headed stepchild. This has happened multiple times and every time, it takes nearly a month or more to get this machine repaired! This is the last time we're purchasing a machine from this company and urge anyone considering purchasing one of their machines to steer clear. You're looking at a really expensive headache.
