Terrible customer service, I called in to ask about my bill and how I could change the mailing address. The lady was rude and had a bad attitude, acted like I should have already known it could only be done in person. Even though they're backwards and technologically lacking, somehow I'm supposed to know that you have to do everything in person! They'll verify you over the phone and release private information such as your billing, but oh no... don't change a mailing address, that could be too sensitive.
