Company messed up reservation. Booked me 7/20/18 instead of requested 7/13/18, found out when the limo never showed.

When I called back to tell call center about the mess up the agent on the phone seemed more interested to tell me the manager had already left ( I am assuming to listen to the phone call) rather than offer a solution for the night.

This mess up cost me, my father, and brother a whole night of planned entertainment.

This company did not offer compensation on other reservations! Not what I would expect from a company charging $1557.00 flight for 3 people for an hour flight time!!! I ll be using Maverick like I did last trip next time.
