Very slow to react! Took 4 days to confirm if the ...

Very slow to react! Took 4 days to confirm if the ID submitted was adequate for their use. Have phoned most days chasing updates on my mortgage deeds but never call me back! A simple process that should take 3 week max, has already taken 5 weeks...and counting!
