Getting in late at night from a domestic flight was a fairly smooth process. Departing yesterday afternoon was less so.The queues were short when we went through but soon increased. There was a young lady on the check in desk next to us whom seemed absolutely delightful - happy and helpful to her customers. She checked through at least 5 people on the same flight as us, plus some chatting pleasantly to them, in the time it took our fellow to check us in to that flight, with no communication save demanding or passports. A stark contrast to the cheerful faces in the tourism industry but fair enough.
