Upgrade my bookings on check-in to Club Room on 17...

Upgrade my bookings on check-in to Club Room on 17.8.2018. Rooms A/C was out of control - Repaired 4 x without success. Changed room on last night 1635 to 1624 - finally got some sleep after 2 nights of nightmare.
Either the A/C system has broken down or the A/C technicians are incompetent
