I ve been trying to contact Civil Enforcement for the last 8 months since my parking charge was issued! But it seems all they are good for is scamming people for money. I have even processed my appeal through their POPLA system and did not hear anything back. I assumed they accepted they were in the wrong in the matter and left it but no! Yet again they send another letter from their solicitors for another fine of nearly 3x the amount of the original fine. The only people I have spoken to after 8 months is their solicitors QDR and even they were quite shocked at the situation. Embarrassing from Civil Enforcement Ltd.
